Is this a time of change for you? Are you experiencing loss - loss of a loved one, job, a marriage, empty nest syndrome or even going through the teen years or having teens in the home? Times like these in our lives challenge us to the depth of our being and cause us pause. We ask questions and question our purpose and even the meaning of life! We know life is change; but when it hits us square in the eye, we feel unprepared and question our purpose and even the meaning of life.
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Suzanne and like you, my life has been turned upside down and inside out. I am an intuitive life and wellness coach with a holistic approach to coaching, meaning focusing on the whole person; spirit, mind and body. You can read my July blog to learn more about one of my own personal life changes and challenges of my husband's illness and death. I have been a spiritual person all my life but the enormousness of this challenge brought me to my knees to the point of surrendering to Spirit. With this surrender came strength and resources from within that I had not known were available to me. After my husband's passing, I needed a time of healing and time to clarify my purpose and what was next. In this time, I was guided that my experiences and my story could bless and benefit many others. My coaching training offers some of the most innovative processes that allow deep change and spiritual shifts that will allow you to move and shift into a new higher vibration.
And so with this, I offer you my services to begin again. With support, mentoring and simple spiritual and practical tools, we can design a program through Partnering with Spirit to create new direction, clarity and purpose in your life. I would love to connect with you and discuss what your needs and desires are; and create the program that will move you forward. Looking forward to our connection. Remember, “the most beautiful stones have been tossed by the wind and washed by the water and polished to brilliance by life's strongest storms” (unknown author).
With Love and Joy,
Suzanne
